Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. All orders are dispatched via trusted courier services to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
Delivery Timeframes

| Peninsular Malaysia | 3 - 4 working days |
| East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) | 5 - 6 working days |
Delivery estimates do not apply during public holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically shipped the same day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Please note that tracking systems may experience up to a 24-hour delay in updating consignment numbers. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Important Notes
- Once dispatched, deliveries cannot be redirected to a different address.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of order.
