Refund & Return Policy

Return Period

You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return, starting from the day after you receive your product. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• For hygiene reasons, compression stockings and intimate support garments can only be returned if the sealed packaging is unopened.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.
• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within the same 7-day period, provided the item is returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase and an exchange request.

• If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will only be charged the price difference.
• If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to you.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a recorded delivery service.
• If the item is damaged, faulty, or misdescribed, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
